At FT Studio, we strive to provide high-quality ethnic wear and a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please review our refund and return guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Only unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products are eligible for return.

Products must be returned with original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice.

Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order outfits are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Accessories, discounted items, and final sale items cannot be returned.
2. Return/Refund Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Return Process

Contact our support team via WhatsApp, call, or email with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will verify and approve the request.

You must ship the product back to the provided address.

Shipping or reverse pickup charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit (as applicable).
5. Exchanges

Size exchanges are available only for products that are in stock.

Customized and stitched items cannot be exchanged.
