⭐ REFUND POLICY

At FT Studio, we strive to provide high-quality ethnic wear and a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please review our refund and return guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Only unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products are eligible for return.

  • Products must be returned with original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice.

  • Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order outfits are NOT eligible for return or refund.

  • Accessories, discounted items, and final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return/Refund Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp, call, or email with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will verify and approve the request.

  • You must ship the product back to the provided address.

  • Shipping or reverse pickup charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit (as applicable).

5. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are available only for products that are in stock.

  • Customized and stitched items cannot be exchanged.

FT Studio reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
