1. Order Processing Time

  • All ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Customized or stitched orders may take 5–10 working days to process depending on complexity.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation message as soon as the order is placed.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Other Cities: 4–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

  • Customized Products: Additional processing time may apply

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply during special sales or minimum order value.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

  • You can track your shipment status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, mobile number, and pin code are correct.
FT Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery due to unreachable contact number

  • Return-to-origin (RTO) charges due to wrong information

If an order returns due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although rare, if a package is delayed or lost:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds/replacements will be offered only after official courier confirmation.

7. Packaging

Every order is packed securely with multiple layers to protect your garments during transit.
We ensure hygiene, safety, and neat packaging for all products.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD availability depends on your area pin code.

  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, your future COD orders may be restricted.
